How are you these days?
Sometimes the anxiety about the future does not come from what is real, but from how far the mind has already traveled; it imagines outcomes, builds paths, and tries to solve what has not yet begun. Meanwhile, life remains here, small and immediate, asking for nothing more than attention. There is a quiet distance between where you are and where your thoughts have gone, and in that distance, tension begins to grow. But if you return, gently, without force, you may notice that not everything needs to be decided today. The future is not asking to be controlled, only to be met when it arrives. These days, it may be enough to slow down, to breathe, and to stay with what is present, allowing uncertainty to exist without turning it into fear. In doing so, something soft begins to take shape; not certainty, but a kind of trust, a calm recognition that you do not have to carry tomorrow before it comes.
Doing my best, and that’s enough.
Vis l’instant présent.
Love should feel like being met, not like asking to be met.
Light does not ask where it is needed; it simply arrives, and in its quiet presence, everything begins to be seen as it is
“We live when we live we die when we die”
More reflective than usual

Hope does not need to shine brightly
A little lost, but enjoying the view.
